- Q. Can I change or cancel my order?
A. For custom orders unfortunately, once you have placed your order it cannot be changed or cancelled. This is because our team processes your order right away. For non-custom orders we can make changes or cancellations if your order has not yet started processing.
- Q. Can I change my photo after submitting it for my order?
A. In principle, we do not accept such requests, as this would affect the overall production schedule. If we confirm that your order has not yet started processing, you can choose to pay an extra $10 to change the photos. If the new photo sent has additional people, you would like th background added, etc. additional charges may apply.

Orders are typically shipped out within 24 hours but please allow up to 2 business days.
CUSTOM ORDERS
Manufacturing can take up to 3-7 business days from the day the order was placed. Depending on how overwhelmed with orders we are, sometimes processing can be longer, such as before a holiday or occasionally when our posts unexpectedly go viral on social media and get a high volume of orders.Once your order ships you will be emailed tracking information.

- Q. What happens when a package is lost or returned to the sender due to insufficient or incorrect address?
If we can receive the returned package, we will be happy to resend the order as long as the customer covers the shipping costs.

Please Note, we are not responsible for items delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. After the carrier has declared the package delivered, we will no longer accept refund requests on the grounds that the item was not received.

A. For custom products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for this reason. Please view our size charts to make sure you are ordering the correct size. For non-customized products, you will be responsible for the corresponding shipping costs incurred.

A. For the best quality photo we suggest having your photo at least 1,000 x 1,000 pixels. If you have questions regarding if your photo is of quality please reach out to our team and we will let you know!
For photos under 400 x 400 pixels we will reach out to you for you to provide a new photo. If we do not hear back from you, your order will be auto processed and we will make your order with the photo you provided. We are not responsible if your photo turns out blurry.
